We have a 45 day return policy on unused new and used parts (returned as they were sold). All returns beyond 45 days are subject to a restocking fee. Call and talk to our customer service dept and get a Return Authorization Number. Please return any part(s) in their original box or boxes with the corresponding invoice included in the boxes being returned. Make sure the box is strong enough for the part you are putting in it. All returns must be sent prepaid--no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss. We strongly suggest that you ship the package by United Parcel Ground Service (UPS) as it is traceable |
